Zoning Board
The Zoning Board of Appeals consists of eight members, which are appointed by the Village of Manlius. The Zoning Board is a quasi-judicial board that is charged with the responsibility for ensuring that the zoning ordinances are complied with or that variances and/or special approvals are authorized. Zoning Board meeting minutes are available in the Clerk's Office for review.
Zoning Board Meetings are generally scheduled for the first Monday of every month as needed at 7:00pm in the Board Room located in the Manlius Village Centre. Information is available by phone at (315) 682-9171 or by email dianei@manliusvillage.org.
